VISHAL KUMAR GUPTA

I am currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in the Department of Industrial & Systems Engineering (formerly, Industrial Engineering & Management) of Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, India. I received my B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the BPUT Odisha (GIET Gunupur). Thereafter I went for master's degree from the School of Infrastructure Design and Management at IIT Kharagpur. I worked for about one and a half year as Application Developer at IBM India, thereafter I worked as a lecturer in the Department of Energy Engineering in Central University of Jharkhand. My research interests include Revenue Management in Retailing, IoT enabled Cold Supply Chain, Bilevel Optimization. I have been working as a teaching assistant in the course of Supply Chain Management, Optimization and Metaheuristic Methods, and Computational Lab.
